What is "inboth"?

InBoth is a corporate soft skills training company specializing in roleplay-based learning to enhance empathy, teamwork, and understanding in the workplace. Through our training experiences, participants step into different perspectives, improving their ability to communicate, collaborate, and resolve conflicts effectively.

By engaging in real-world scenarios, employees develop a deeper understanding of others, fostering a more inclusive and productive work environment. InBoth's innovative approach helps teams break down barriers, strengthen relationships, and create workplaces where every voice is heard.

InBoth represents balance, nuance, and the ability to see multiple sides of a situation.

For example:

Work hard, yet rest. Success requires effort, yet burnout helps no one.

Speak up, yet listen. Your voice matters, yet so do others’.

Be confident, yet stay humble. Growth happens when we recognize both our strengths and our need to learn.

We started from the idea that there are absolute truths in this world no one can deny, but there are also situations, especially when human perspectives are involved where we need to understand the context and the circumstances in order to get the the other person’s point of view. In those cases, we have to look in both directions and see their side of the story and tell ours. It is one of the best ways to avoid conflict and connect with the person near to you. Everyone has a story behind what is seen at the surface and we do not know the details, so let’s not judge, but try and step into their shoes, trying to relate to what they say.

The word “both” has a high value for me, because it literally means including more than just one thing.

When I was younger, my father told me something that I will keep in my mind forever: “child, remember, the most important word is life is BALANCE!” (I even hear his voice in my head while writing this).

Indeed, creating - and more important keeping - a balanced lifestyle is essential for everyone.

Think of it this way:

  • Too much work can drain you, while not working can cause stress because you’re unable to provide for your family's needs—or your own.

  • Spending everything robs you of future security; saving everything can prevent you from enjoying life now.

  • Being confident helps you lead; humility helps you learn and grow.

  • Striving for perfection can delay progress; rushing can compromise quality.

  • Having big dreams keeps you moving forward—but constantly striving can steal your peace. At the same time, being content keeps you grounded—but it can turn into complacency if you're not careful. Balance is being grateful for today while still building toward tomorrow.

We often feel pressured to pick a side or follow a single path, but the truth is, most of the beauty and growth happens in the in-between*. Balance doesn’t mean everything is always perfect—it means you're aware, intentional, and adjusting as you go.

* inboth isn’t about indecision.

It’s about making conscious decisions—ones rooted in understanding, not assumptions. We believe that before you choose a side, take a stand, or respond, you need to see the full context. By looking in both directions, you gain the clarity to move forward with confidence, empathy, and intention.
